about us:
We are a second generation Chinese family who have lived in america since 1935. We opened the jade dragon bistro in Spring of 1942 and haven't looked back since proudly serving southern california authentic home cooked chinese food FOR GENERATION AFTER GENERATION.

As a vegetarian, having a family run Asian restaurant that offers vegan options so close to home is what made my award winning work documenting the abuse and cruelty of animals in the food industry possible!
